If we don't carry it, we probably can get it for you. We strive to be competitive with leading online retailers, but don't be fooled by their pricing. Did you include:

We don't charge any of that for our in-stock or special order firearms or accessories!

We'll contact you with pricing and availability before we order anything. A 20% deposit is all we need to get it rolling for you. Most items are availble within 3-4 business days!

Layaway and Special Orders Policy

20% Non-refundable Deposit to secure your firearms or special order
NO Fees for the first 15 Days (after we receive your item if special order)
$15 Fee added after 15 days
An additional $15 added after 30 days
Background checks done when you pick up your item

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR LAYAWAY BE HELD LONGER THAN 60 DAYS.

During the Layaway period, you can either make multiple payments or just make one final payment at the end, at which time you can receive your firearm(s). Card Processing fees apply if using an electronic payment.

If, after 60 days, we have not received payment in full, your Layaway Plan will automatically be canceled and your payments will NOT be refunded. Items on layaway or special order cannot be changed once the 20% deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 60 days the 20% deposit will NOT be refunded.

FFL Transfer Terms and Conditons

By requesting us as the receiving FFL, you agree to these terms.

If you are a prohibited person or do not pass a background check, we will work with your vendor to return the item at your expense or consign the firearm.

Firearms received for FFL transfer that have not been picked up 90 days from when we contact you become the property of EK Tactical, and we reserve the right to return, dispose, or sell the firearm if no prior arrangements have been made.
